UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. A. The City shall provide the Union with a list of Unit employees in alphabetical order with the following information in compliance with State law for each employee on said list:
1. Name
2. Employee Identification Number
3. Original Hire Date
4. Bargaining Unit
5. Class Title
6. Class Code 7. Membership Status
UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management will provide the Association in writing, within ninety days from the effective date of this MOU and each ninety days thereafter, an alphabetized list of employees subject to this MOU, which shall include each employee's name, employee number, class title, and location by Division, as applicable.
UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management shall provide the Union, within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this MOU and each thirty (30) calendar days thereafter, an alphabetized list of employees with the following information:

Home addresses shall be provided within sixty (60) days from the effective date of this MOU and each ninety (90) days thereafter. Management will provide the Association in writing, within ninety (90) days from the effective date of this MOU and each ninety (90) days thereafter, an alphabetized list of employees subject to this MOU, grouped by class within departmental fund number and indicating each employee's name, employee number, class code, class title, membership status, and location by division, as applicable. This information will be provided either in the form of a computer tape or in a printed report as requested by the Association.
UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management will provide the League, within 30 days from the effective date of this MOU and each 30 days thereafter, an electronic file in PaySR format, or any subsequently developed and adopted format, of Unit employees listing the employee's name, employee number, class title, home address, home phone number, and division of assignment, as applicable. Such file shall identify employees off payroll and the reason therefore.

Home addresses shall be provided within 60 days from the effective date of this Memorandum of Understanding and each 90 days thereafter.
UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. The Controller will provide the Union, in writing or in digital electronic format within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this MOU and each thirty (30) days thereafter, an alphabetized list of employees subject to this MOU, to include each employee's name, home address, employee number, class code, class title, Union membership status, and location by department and division, as applicable. The Union shall make every effort to ensure the security of the information provided and not share information with any outside entity or vendor.
UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Within thirty (30) calendar days of an employee becoming a member of MOU 32, Management shall notify and provide the Association an alphabetized list of the new members’ name, employee number, class title, class code and work location. Each year, Management shall provide the Association a complete list of all Unit members with the aforementioned member information.
