Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to Transactions that are not conducted face-to-face, Carrier may request from a Cardholder the information necessary to complete an address verification service request. Neither Carrier nor any Agent shall make a photocopy of a Card under any circumstances, nor shall a Cardholder be required to provide a photocopy of the Card as a condition for honoring the Card.
