With Supervisor approval, Postdoctoral Scholars shall be allowed to be the primary applicant or co-applicant on funding applications, including internal institutional funding. Accordingly, Postdoctoral Scholars shall be allowed to hold and spend any successfully obtained funds, if permitted by and in accordance with existing appropriate spending and reporting procedures.
