Common use of Occupation of Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Occupation of Accommodation. This Agreement gives you a right to occupy our Accommodation, but does not give you exclusive possession of the Accommodation actually allocated to you at any time. You are not allowed to sublet, share (unless ‘Twinning’ applies) or loan-out our Accommodation.
