OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANTS. 1. Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) and Physical Therapists Assistants (PTA) have some unique circumstances which differ from other members of the bargaining unit. This Appendix addresses these unique circumstances for OTAs and PTAs only. All sections of this Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) apply to OTAs and PTAs unless in conflict and specifically address in this Appendix.
