Common use of Odorant Clause in Contracts

Odorant. NGLs sold under any Transaction are intended for further processing and no further odorization is required unless Buyer notifies Seller otherwise. Buyer shall indemnify Seller for any liabilities that result from the NGLs not being odorized when Xxxxx has failed to notify Seller that odorants should be added.
