Common use of ODOT, OPRD Clause in Contracts

ODOT, OPRD. (1) Payment for overtime shall be no later than one (1) month following the pay period in which the overtime is worked. (2) All employees shall receive cash for overtime worked. If, however, the employee wishes to receive compensatory time off in lieu of cash, he/she may opt to receive compensatory time up to an accumulation of one-hundred and twenty (120) hours. Over an accumulation of one-hundred and twenty (120) hours, the Employer may refuse to allow the employee to continue to accrue compensation time in lieu of cash.
