Common use of Off-Hour Access Clause in Contracts

All persons entering or leaving the Building at any time other than the Building’s business hours shall comply with such off-hour regulations as Landlord may establish and modify from time to time. Landlord may limit or restrict access to the Building during such periods and shall not be liable for any error with regard to the admission or exclusion of any person.
