Contractor Approval. The Developer must submit to TASS, for review and approval, the Developer’s choice of utility contractor and subcontractors. The Facilities must be installed by a contractor, currently licensed by the State of Tennessee to install municipal utilities. Acceptance of the contractor by TASS will be based upon such factors as verification of municipal utility license, adequate liability insurance, appropriate workers’ compensation insurance, and contractor’s prior performance. Developer shall provide evidence of the referenced policies of insurance to TASS in the form of copies of certificates of insurance.

Water and wastewater lines must be installed by a contractor, currently licensed by the State of Tennessee to install municipal utilities. Acceptance of the contractor, by the District, will be based upon verification of municipal utility license and contractor’s prior performance.
Contractor Approval. NYSERDA has the right not to allow a Contractor to participate in the Program or to ban any Contractor from future participation in the Program for failure to meet all Contractor Terms and Conditions, the requirements of the NYTVIP Implementation Manual, or other applicable requirements of the Program, in addition to any other legal remedies available under law.
Contractor Approval. All contractors and subcontractors must be approved by CESCR prior to work commencement.

Contractor Approval. The Developer is required, as a condition to making a Corridor Access Request for the Works, to:
(a) obtain the approval of AT (not to be unreasonably withheld) of the person that will be the Contractor for the Works; and
(b) provide to AT an undertaking from the Contractor in favour of AT that the Contractor will comply with the obligations of the Contractor under, and is subject to the provisions of, this Agreement in relation to the Works, in the form in schedule 4. The Developer will procure the Contactor to comply with the provisions of this Agreement to the extent applicable to the Contractor and is liable for any act or omission of the Contractor (and any other contractor or agent of the Developer) as if it was an act or omission of the Developer.
Contractor Approval. Tenant shall submit to Landlord for its prior approval the names of all contractors who Tenant employs to perform work in the Premises.
Contractor Approval. The West Chicago Trustee/Licensee shall seek the approval of the Lead Agency of any contractor hired by the West Chicago Trustee/Licensee and any work plans to be undertaken by the West Chicago Trust under the oversight of the Lead Agency, unless the Lead Agency has provided a written waiver of such approval or requirements. Each contractor and subcontractor shall maintain commercial comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $2,000,000.00, unless either a higher amount is required by a consent decree, or a lower amount is approved in writing by the relevant Lead Agency, and name the West Chicago Trust as an additional insured.
Contractor Approval. Project coordination – Liaison between SSC, applicants, and lead based paint contractor, for program and scheduling; all other coordination with approved applicants and contractors will be overseen by the City of South Sioux City.
Contractor Approval. The Developer must contract with a contractor approved by Cleveland Utilities. A list of approved contractors is available from Water Division Engineering. The Contractor chosen by the developer is the agent of the developer, and the developer shall be responsible for all of the work performed by its contractor.
