Off-Peak Hours and On-Peak Hours. In the months of May through September of any calendar year, the On-Peak Hours are those hours between 2:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M., Monday through Friday; the Off-Peak Hours are those between 10:00 P.M. on one day to 2:00 P.M. on the following day, Monday through Thursday and 10:00 P.M. on Friday to 2:00 P.M. the following Monday. In the months of October through April of any calendar year, the On-Peak Hours are those hours between 7:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday; the Off-Peak Hours are those between 3:30 P.M. on one day to 7:30 A.M. on the following day, Monday through Thursday and 3:30 P.M. on Friday to 7:30 A.M. the following Monday. The On-Peak Hours of the following National Holidays shall be considered Off-Peak Hours in this Agreement: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Should any of these days fall on Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered a National Holiday, likewise should any of these days fall on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be considered a National Holiday.
