Offboarding Assistance. 16.1 The Supplier shall, on request from the Client at any time after the expiry of six months from the Acceptance Date, prepare or update a detailed plan for the orderly transition of the Managed Services from the Supplier to the Client or its nominated Replacement Supplier (Offboarding Plan).
