OFFER OF APPOINTMENT TO THE DISTRICT. 1. An applicant for appointment shall be entitled to rely on the Superintendent, the Secretary-Treasurer, a Director of Instruction, or a Principal or Vice Principal, through notification, that an offer has been made or that an appointment has been made. 2.
