OFFER OF APPOINTMENT TO THE DISTRICT. 1. All prospective teachers will be advised that offers of appointment shall be made verbally by the Superintendent or his/her designate. Such offers shall be binding. 2. Following a verbal offer of appointment to the district, the Board shall confirm such an offer in writing or by FAX or email within two (2) business days. 3. Upon receipt of an offer, the teacher shall have up to two (2) business days in which to respond.
