Common use of Offering Term Clause in Contracts

Offering Term. The subscription period for the Offering will begin as of January 16, 2007, and will terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) January 19, 2007, unless extended by the Company for up to one additional 1-week period, (b) the Company’s acceptance of subscriptions for $3,800,000 of Units and the receipt of payment therefore, or (c) the Company’s decision to terminate the Offering sooner.

Offering Term. The subscription period for the Offering will begin as of January 16July 20, 2007, and will terminate upon the earliest to occur occurrence of the earlier of (ai) January 19August 5, 2007, unless extended by the Company for up to one an additional 12-week period, (bii) the Company’s acceptance of subscriptions for $3,800,000 2,500,000 of Units and the receipt of payment therefore, subject to the Company’s discretion to accept subscriptions for more than $2,500,000 of Units or (ciii) the Company’s decision to terminate the Offering sooner.

The subscription period for the Offering will begin as of January 16June 29, 2007, and will terminate upon the earliest to occur occurrence of the earlier of (ai) January 19August 10, 2007, unless extended by the Company for up to one additional 1-week period, (b) the Company’s acceptance of subscriptions for $3,800,000 of Units and the receipt of payment therefore, 2007 or (cii) the Company’s decision to terminate the Offering sooner.

Offering Term. The subscription period for the Offering will begin as of January 16August 1, 2007, 2009 and will terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) January 19September 15, 20072009, unless extended by the Company for up to one additional 1-week periodCompany, (b) the Company’s acceptance of subscriptions for not less than $3,800,000 700,000.00 of Units Shares and the receipt of payment therefore, or (c) the Company’s decision to terminate the Offering sooner.
