Common use of Office and Parking Clause in Contracts

Office and Parking. (a) When the Employer is the owner or long-term lessee of a studio facility containing office space, the Employer will, if so requested, provide the Director of a prime time entertainment program or series or who is performing services at such facility with a private office at the studio.
