OFFICE SPACE LEASE. Seller is current in the payment of all Monthly Rental Installment payments under the Lease Agreement. Other than the Monthly Rental Installment payment, Seller does not pay any additional recurring monthly payment amounts to the Landlord, nor has Seller been notified by Landlord, nor is Seller aware, of any liability owed to the Landlord other than the Monthly Rental Installment.
OFFICE SPACE LEASE. THIS LEASE is made as of the 1st day of August, 1997, by and between 300 Xxxxxxxxxx Associates, a California partnership, hereinafter called "Landlord," and Xaos Tools, Inc., a California corporation, herein after called "Tenant."
OFFICE SPACE LEASE. THIS OFFICE SPACE LEASE ("Lease"), dated June 20, 1996, is entered into by and between HASEKO CORPORATION, a Japanese corporation, as Landlord, and PARAGON MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC., a California corporation, as Tenant, with the consent of ROYAL INVESTMENT SYSTEM PARTNERSHIP (01), as Master Landlord.
OFFICE SPACE LEASE. Seller’s landlord shall have entered into a lease agreement with Purchaser by which such landlord agrees to lease the office space used by Seller prior to Closing (the “Leased Premises”) to Purchaser for not less than four (4) months at $1,500 per month.
OFFICE SPACE LEASE. This summary of the basic lease provisions ("Basic Lease Provisions") of the Office Space Lease ("Lease") entered into this 14th day of May, 2002, by and between Xxxxxxx.xxx, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Landlord"), and Stentor, Inc., ("Tenant") is hereby made a part of the Lease for the purpose of setting forth information referred to in the Lease. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity created by or between the Basic Lease Provisions and the Lease to which it is attached, which Landlord and Tenant acknowledge having read in full, the terms and conditions of the Lease shall govern. OFFICE SPACE LEASE. THIS OFFICE SPACE LEASE ("Lease") is made as of the 14th day of May, 1999, between CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM ("Landlord"), and MOBILE DATA SOLUTIONS INC., a Delaware corporation ("Tenant"), for space in the building commonly known as One Pierce Place, Itasca, Illinois (such building, together with xxx xxxx xxxx which it is situated and related common areas, including sidewalks, parking areas and landscaped areas, being herein referred to as the "Building"). Xxxxxxx XXX, Esquire, counsel representing the Buyer, by facsimile transmission on September 7, 2000 a true and correct copy of an Office Lease dated December 16, 1999 (the "Office Lease") entered into between Lakewoods Realty & Mortgage Corporation, as Landlord, and the Seller, as Tenant, in respect to office space located at 1245 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx xx Aurora, Illinois. The Office Lease has not been modified, changed, altered or amended in any respect and the Seller is not, as of September 5, 2000, in default in any obligations required under the Office Lease to be performed by the Seller.
OFFICE SPACE LEASE. Subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof, Landair and Logistics hereby agree that Logistics shall lease from Landair approximately 1,200 square feet of office space located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 00000 for the Monthly Rent set forth on Schedule A-2.
