Mortgage Tax. Mortgagor shall (i) pay when due any tax imposed upon it or upon Mortgagee or any Lender pursuant to the tax law of the state in which the Mortgaged Property is located in connection with the execution, delivery and recordation of this Mortgage and any of the other Credit Documents, and (ii) prepare, execute and file any form required to be prepared, executed and filed in connection therewith.
Mortgage Tax. Mortgagor shall (i) pay or cause to be paid when due any tax imposed upon it or upon Mortgagee or any Lender pursuant to the tax law of the state in which the Mortgaged Property is located in connection with the execution, delivery and recordation of this Mortgage and any of the other Loan Documents, and (ii) prepare, execute and file any form required to be prepared, executed and filed in connection therewith.
Mortgage Tax. Grantor shall (i) pay when due any tax imposed upon it or upon Beneficiary or any Secured Party pursuant to the tax law of the state in which the Mortgaged Property is located in connection with the execution, delivery and recordation of this Deed of Trust and any of the other Loan Documents, and (ii) prepare, execute and file any form required to be prepared, executed and filed in connection therewith.
Mortgage Tax. In the event of the passage, after the date of this Deed of Trust, of any law deducting from the value of the Trust Estate for the purpose of taxation any lien thereon or changing in any way the laws now in force for the taxation of deeds of trust or debts secured by deeds of trust, or the manner of the collection of any such taxes, so as to affect this Deed of Trust, or imposing payment of the whole or any portion of any taxes, assessments or other similar charges against the Trust Estate upon Beneficiary, the indebtedness secured hereby shall become due and payable at the option of the Lenders within sixty (60) days after delivery of written notice to Trustor; provided, however, that such election by the Lenders shall be ineffective if such law either (a) shall not impose a tax upon the Lenders nor increase any tax now payable by the Lenders, or (b) shall impose a tax upon the Lenders or increase any tax now payable by the Lenders and prior to the due date: (A) Trustor is permitted by law and can become legally obligated to pay such tax or the increased portion thereof (in addition to all interest, additional interest and other charges payable hereunder and under the Loan Documents without exceeding the applicable limits imposed by the usury laws of the State of California); (B) Trustor does pay such tax or increased portion; and (C) Trustor agrees with the Lenders and the Beneficiary in writing to pay, or reimburse the Lenders and the Beneficiary for the payment of, any such tax or increased portion thereof when thereafter levied or assessed against the Trust Estate or any portion thereof. The obligations of Trustor under such agreement shall be secured hereby.
Mortgage Tax. If any law or ordinance now or hereafter imposes a tax (including, without limitation, a document or revenue stamp tax) either directly or indirectly on this Mortgage, Mortgagor shall pay such tax within the time same is payable to the relevant taxing authority without penalty.
Mortgage Tax. Mortgagor agrees that in the event that mortgage recording tax is required for any reason whatsoever, Mortgagor will pay said tax on demand to Mortgagee; and if Mortgagor fails to pay said tax, the Mortgagee may pay same. The amounts paid by the Mortgagee, plus interest at the rate set forth in the Note from the date of payment, shall be deemed to be secured by this Mortgage and shall be collected in like manner as the principal monies.
Mortgage Tax. Mortgagor shall pay taxes in accordance with Section 5.03 of the Credit Agreement and any tax imposed in connection with the execution, delivery and recordation of this Mortgage.
Mortgage Tax. Borrower shall pay the Oklahoma Real Estate Mortgage Tax to be paid upon the recording of the Mortgage pursuant to 68 Okla. Stat. Section 1901 et seq.
Mortgage Tax. Buyer shall pay all mortgage registry tax due in connection with Buyer’s mortgage and any other fees or charges arising from Buyer’s financing.
Mortgage Tax. Mortgagor shall (i) pay when due any tax imposed upon it or upon Mortgagee or any Secured Party pursuant to the tax law of the state in which the Mortgaged Property is located in connection with the execution, delivery and recordation of this Mortgage and any of the other Secured Obligation Agreements, and any tax imposed upon the presentation for recording or recording of this Mortgage among the real estate records of the county in which the Land is located, and (ii) prepare, execute and file any form required to be prepared, executed and filed in connection therewith.
