If an officer was scheduled to work and did not report, the Establishment/Applicant customer should notify the Extra Duty Coordinator at (000-) 000-0000 / during normal business hours, or a shift supervisor at (000) 000-000-0000 0000, immediately. The coordinator or the Communications Center Floor Supervisor at 000-000-0000 immediatelysupervisor shall attempt to contact a replacement officer. The customer will only be billed for actual hours worked.
