Officer Titles. The officers of the Company shall consist of a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer, each of whom shall be elected by the sole member of the Company. In addition, the sole member of the Company shall have the authority to elect such other officers, including Vice Presidents and assistant officers, as it may from time to time determine. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person.
