Common use of OFFICERS' SPECIALS Clause in Contracts

OFFICERS' SPECIALS. Officers' specials are non-revenue vehicles used by the Authority at the request of the officers or Board members of the Authority for public relations and employee relations purposes. In the xxxxxxx of officers' specials, the Authority reserves the right to select Operators for such purposes. It is understood that the Operators used in this type of service will be protected and paid under the terms of this Contract.
