SCHEDULE CHECKING ON REGULAR WORK DAY. When a Regular Operator is used on his/her regular work day to make traffic checks, he/she will not be paid less than the earnings of his/her regular assignment or a minimum of eight (8) hours' pay at the pro rata rate of a Schedule Checker as provided for in Article 1, whichever is greater. The one (1) hour additional pay time referred to in Article 3, Section 5, will not apply. When an Extra Operator is assigned on his/her regular work day to make traffic checks, he/she will be paid not less than he/she would have been paid had he/she worked what he/she would have normally fallen to on the Extra Board or a minimum of eight (8) hours at the Schedule Checker's pro rata as set forth in Article 1, whichever is greater.
