Common use of Offices and Duties Clause in Contracts

Offices and Duties. Subject to SECTION 8, during the Employment ------------------ Period, Executive will perform the normal duties of Controller of the Company and duties of the Treasurer as described in the Company's Bylaws and such other duties as the Company's Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") or Board of Directors may prescribe from time to time.
