Administrative Assistance. Offer specific administrative assistance and be prepared to provide reasonable additional assistance as requested by the teacher.
Administrative Assistance. (a) The University will grant leave up to a maximum of thirty-two (32) hours per month, of which sixteen (16) hours will be granted with pay and sixteen (16) hours reimbursed to the University from the Union, to one (1) non- probationary member in order that they may conduct business on behalf of the Local Union. The employee who is granted leave will be mutually agreed upon by the Union and the University.
Administrative Assistance. 1. The Contracting States undertake to lend assistance and support to each other in the collection of the taxes to which this Convention applies, together with interest, costs, and additions to such taxes.

In the case of applications for enforcement of taxes, revenue claims of each of the Contracting States which have bean finally determined may be accepted for enforcement by the other Contracting State and may be collected in that State in accordance with the laws applicable to the enforcement and collection of its own taxes.
3. Any application shall include a certification that under the laws of the State making the application the taxes have bean finally determined.
4. The assistance provided for in this Article shall not be accorded with respect to the citizens, companies, or other entities of the State to which the application is made, except as is necessary to insure that the exemption or reduced rate of tax granted under this Convention to such citizens, companies, or other entities shall not be enjoyed by persons not entitled to such benefits.
5. This Article shall not impose upon either of the Contracting States the obligation to carry out administrative measures which are of a different nature from those used in the collection of its own taxes, or which would be contrary to its sovereignty, security, or public policy.
Administrative Assistance. The District will make every effort to have an administrator or designee present at each worksite to assist employees in implementing the student discipline policy. Further, the District will make every effort to notify relevant staff members of any known discipline history prior to student placement. (2009)
Administrative Assistance. The competent authorities and the institutions of the Contracting States shall provide mutual assistance to each other in the implementation of this Agreement as if they were applying their own legislation. The assistance shall be provided free of charge.

Administrative Assistance. 1. If, after several attempts, the Bargaining Unit employee is unable to schedule a parent/teacher meeting, the building administrator (or designee) shall decide whether to schedule a meeting with the parent/guardian and the Bargaining Unit employee.
2. If the building administrator receives a complaint from a parent/guardian regarding the Bargaining Unit employee’s student discipline referral, the administrator will make an effort to discuss the complaint with the Bargaining Unit employee before scheduling a meeting with the parent/guardian when possible.
Administrative Assistance. The Company shall at the Company's expense maintain his same office at the Corporate headquarters and provide Executive with an Administrative Assistant and such other clerical assistance as required by Executive.

The Company shall, at the Company's expense, maintain Executive's office at the Company's headquarters and provide Executive with an administrative assistant of his choice and such other clerical assistance as required by Executive. Executive's administrative assistant shall be entitled to salary and other benefits no less favorable than those provided as of the Effective Date (unless a reduction is agreed to by Executive).
