Offices for Payments, etc. So long as any of the Securities remain Outstanding, IRSA PC will maintain in New York City the following: an office or agency where the Securities may be presented for payment, where the Securities may be presented for exchange, transfer or registration of transfer as in this Indenture provided and where notices and demands to or upon IRSA PC (other than the type contemplated by Section 12.7) in respect of the Securities or of this Indenture may be served.
