OFFICIAL FEES AND TAXES. Lessee agrees to pay when due all fees and charges for transfer of title, registration, licensing, testing and inspecting the equipment that any governmental authority requires during the Term. Except for Goods and Services tax, Lessee agrees to pay when due all taxes including but not limited to personal property, use, excise, value-added and transfer taxes imposed by any governmental authority when due whether those taxes are assessed during the Term or after the Term.
