Common use of Official Personnel Correspondence Clause in Contracts

Official Personnel Correspondence. “Official personnel correspondence” shall mean correspondence from the Board of Trustees or from the Administration of any University to or concerning a member of the bargaining unit which states therein that it is Official Personnel Correspondence and which gives notice of any personnel action taken or proposed to be taken or of any official commendation, reprimand or disciplinary action, or from the Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of Article XX.
