Offline Insurance. The insured can choose offline insurance by recognizing the participation identifier of the co-insurance company in the backend. All offline premiums enter the Party M “[*****]” premium income special account. After the insurance period reconciliation is completed, the Party M will transfer the total offline insurance premium amount to Party A’s premium account based on the reconciliation amount.
