Offshore Outsourcing and Executive Order 2011-12K. Contractor affirms to have read and understands Executive Order 2011-12K “Governing the Expenditure of Public Funds for Offshore Services” (see xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/Portals/0/pdf/executiveOrders/EO%202011-12K.pdf). In addition, if the purpose of this Contract is to acquire services for compensation, Contractor must complete and execute the Standard Affirmation and Disclosure Form for said Executive Order and shall abide by those requirements in the performance of this Contract, and shall perform no services required under this Contract outside of the United States. Contractor also affirms, understands, and agrees to immediately notify ODH of any change or shift in the location(s) of services performed by Contractor or its sub-Contractors under this Contract, and no services shall be changed or shifted to a location(s) that is outside of the United States.
