Anti-slavery and human trafficking. The Supplier shall: ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of its business or in any part of its supply chain; implement due diligence procedures for its own suppliers, subcontractors and other participants in its supply chains, to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains; respond promptly to all slavery and human trafficking due diligence questionnaires issued to it by the British Council from time to time and ensure that its responses to all such questionnaires are complete and accurate; and notify the British Council as soon as it becomes aware of any actual or suspected slavery or human trafficking in any part of its business or in a supply chain which has a connection with this Agreement. If the Supplier fails to comply with any of its obligations under clause 13.1, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the British Council may have, the British Council shall be entitled to: terminate this Agreement without liability to the Supplier immediately on giving notice to the Supplier; and/or reduce, withhold or claim a repayment (in full or in part) of the charges payable under this Agreement; and/or share with third parties information about such non-compliance.

If the Recipient fails to comply with any of its obligations under clause 16.1, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the British Council may have, the British Council shall be entitled to: terminate this Agreement without liability to the Recipient immediately on giving notice to the Recipient; and/or require the Recipient to take any steps the British Council reasonably considers necessary to manage the risk to the British Council of contracting with the Recipient (and the Recipient shall take all such steps); and/or reduce, withhold or claim a repayment (in full or in part) of the Grant; and/or share with third parties information about such non-compliance.

22.1.4 notify the British Council as soon as it becomes aware of any actual or suspected slavery or human trafficking in any part of its business or in a supply chain which has a connection with this Agreement.
22.2 If the Supplier fails to comply with any of its obligations under clause 22.1, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the British Council may have, the British Council shall be entitled to:
22.2.1 terminate this Agreement without liability to the Supplier immediately on giving notice to the Supplier; and/or
22.2.2 require the Supplier to take any steps the British Council reasonably considers necessary to manage the risk to the British Council of contracting with the Supplier (and the Supplier shall take all such steps); and/or
22.2.3 reduce, withhold or claim a repayment (in full or in part) of the charges payable under this Agreement; and/or
22.2.4 share with third parties information about such non-compliance.

13.2.1 terminate this Agreement without liability to the Supplier immediately on giving notice to the Supplier; and/or

22.2.3 reduce, withhold or claim a repayment (in full or in part) of the charges payable under this Agreement; and/or
22.2.4 share with third parties information about such non-compliance.
Anti-slavery and human trafficking. We conduct our business in a manner that is consistent with anti-slavery legislation. We confirm that neither us, nor any of our officers, employees or other persons associated with us:
(a) have been convicted of any offence involving slavery or human trafficking; or
(b) have been or are the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking. Where we subcontract any of our obligations under these Conditions, we will implement an appropriate system of due diligence, audit and training, designed to ensure compliance with anti-slavery legislation and to ensure there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains.
Anti-slavery and human trafficking. In performing its obligations under this Agreement, each party shall:
i. comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations from time to time in force including the Modern Slavery Act 2018; and
ii. not engage in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the AU. Each party represents and warrants that it has not been convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking; nor has it been the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking. Either party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice to the other party if the other commits a breach of this Clause 15.
Anti-slavery and human trafficking. 26.1 In performing its obligations under the Agreement, the Contractor shall:
26.1.1 comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes of the Purchaser from time to time in force including the Modern Slavery Act 2015;
26.1.2 not engage in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4, of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the UK; and
26.1.3 include in its contracts with its Sub-Contractors and suppliers’ anti-slavery and human trafficking provisions that are at least as onerous as those set out in this Clause 26.
26.2 The Contractor represents and warrants that at the date of the Agreement:
26.2.1 neither the Contractor nor any of its officers, employees or other persons associated with it:
26.2.2 has been convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking; and
26.2.3 having made reasonable enquiries, so far as it is aware has been or is the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by an governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking.
26.3 The Contractor shall implement due diligence procedures for its subcontractors, and suppliers and other participants in its supply chains, to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains.
26.4 The Contractor shall notify the Purchaser and the Purchaser as soon as it becomes aware of actual or suspected slavery or human trafficking in a supply chain which has a connection with the Agreement.
26.5 The Contractor shall:
26.5.1 maintain a complete set of records to trace the supply chain of all Goods and Services provided to the Purchaser in connection with the Agreement; and
26.5.2 permit the Purchaser and its third party representatives, on reasonable notice during normal business hours, but without notice in case of any reasonably suspected breach of this clause, to have access to and take copies of the Contractor’s records and any other information and to meet with the Contractor’s personnel to audit the Contractor’s compliance with its obligations under this Clause 26.
26.5.3 The Contractor represents, warrants and undertakes that it conducts its business in a manner that is consistent with the anti-slavery laws.
26.5.4 The Purchaser may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice to the ...
Anti-slavery and human trafficking. Each Party shall do nothing to prejudice the compliance of the other Party with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to anti-slavery and human trafficking (including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015). 20.
