EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR OFFSHORE SERVICES. The Contractor affirms to have read and understands Executive Order 2011-12K and shall abide by those requirements in the performance of this Contract. Notwithstanding any other terms of this Contract, the State reserves the right to recover any funds paid for services the Contractor performs outside of the United States for which it did not receive a waiver. The State does not waive any other rights and remedies provided the State in this Contract. The Offeror must complete the attached Contractor/Subcontractor Affirmation and Disclosure form 5.2.8 to abide with Executive Order 2011-12K affirming no services of the Contractor or its subcontractors under this Contract will be performed outside the United States. During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor must not change the location(s) of the country where the services are performed, change the location(s) of the country where the data are maintained, or made available unless a duly signed waiver from the State has been attained to perform the services outside the United States TO SHOW THEIR AGREEMENT, the parties have executed this Contract on the date(s) below and unless otherwise indicated is effective as of the date of the signature by the State.   • Core Services The Company agrees to provide those Core Services to the Municipality as set forth in Schedule “A” and further agrees to the process contained in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Urgent Care Services All Medically Necessary Covered Services received in Urgent Care Centers, Retail Clinics or your Primary Care Physician’s office after-hours to treat an Urgent Medical Condition will be covered by AvMed. Any request for reimbursement of payment made by a Member for services received must be filed within 90 days or as soon as reasonably possible but not later than one year unless the Member was legally incapacitated. If Urgent Medical Services and Care are required while outside the continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii, it is the Member’s responsibility to pay for such services at the time they are received. For information on filing a Claim for such services, see Part XIII. REVIEW PROCEDURES AND HOW TO APPEAL A CLAIM (BENEFIT) DENIAL.

  • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, AT&T shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to TWTC pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to TWTC pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by AT&T (collectively “Conversion”). AT&T shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. AT&T shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following AT&T’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from TWTC. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between TWTC and AT&T. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. AT&T will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.14.1 and 1.14.2 below.

  • New Financial Services Each Party shall permit a financial institution of the other Party to supply any new financial service that the first Party would permit its own financial institutions, in like circumstances, to supply without additional legislative action by the first Party. Notwithstanding Article 10.4(b), a Party may determine the institutional and juridical form through which the new financial service may be supplied and may require authorization for the supply of the service. Where a Party requires such authorization of the new financial service, a decision shall be made within a reasonable time and the authorization may only be refused for prudential reasons.10-3
