Ohio Professional Excellence Recognition Award (OPERA. Effective with the ratification of this agreement, excellence in the performance of duty by members of the bargaining units will be recognized by the employer. Upon completion of the twenty-fifth (25th) year of state service, employees shall receive a one time credit of an additional forty (40) hours of vacation leave.
