Ohio Revised Code. This article is intended to modify Ohio Revised Code 9.44 except for credit for prior service.
Ohio Revised Code. All proceedings to terminate a teacher’s contract shall be proceedings set forth in ORC 3319.161. The grievance procedure shall not be used as a remedy for said termination.
