Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Guaranteed Tuition Program. As soon as possible following the effective date of this Agreement, the Board shall establish the policies and procedures and shall authorize the Superintendent and/or Treasurer to execute agreements or other documents with the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority needed to enable employees to participate by payroll deduction in the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Guaranteed Tuition Loan Program. Participation in this program shall be voluntary and subject to the policies and procedures established by the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority and the Board of Education.
