Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Guaranteed Tuition Program. Employees covered in this agreement may participate by payroll deduction in the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Guaranteed Tuition Program. Participation in this program shall be voluntary and subject to the policies and procedures established by the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority and the Board of Education.
