The parties acknowledge that this Agreement and all documents submitted to the Educational Entity related to this contract award are a matter of public record and are subject to the Oklahoma Open Record Act (Title 51 O.S. §§24A.1 – 24A.30 as amended) and any other comparable state and federal laws.
