Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990. Executive understands and agrees that, by entering into this Release, (i) he is waiving any rights or claims he might have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as amended by the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990 (“Act”); and (ii) he has received consideration beyond that to which he was previously entitled. In accordance with the Act, Executive should be aware of the following: a. Executive has the right to consult with an attorney before signing this Release; b. Executive has twenty-one (21) days to consider this Release; and c. Executive has seven (7) days after signing this Release to revoke this Release, and this Release will not be effective until said seven (7) day revocation period has expired.
