Omnibus Amendments. Borrower, Buyer, Guarantor, New Guarantor and Lender agree that the Original Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) are hereby amended as follows:
Omnibus Amendments. Subject to the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in Section 6 hereof, the LSA and the other Loan Documents are hereby amended so that each reference in the LSA and in the other Loan Documents to the term “Credit Parties” or “Guarantors” shall be deemed to include a reference to Genesis.
Omnibus Amendments. Effective on and as of the Amendment No. 4
Omnibus Amendments. A. Each reference in the Agreement, the Confirmation, the Liquidity Agreement and the Stock Purchase Agreement to “Max Re Ltd.” and “Max Re” is hereby deleted and replaced with “Max Bermuda Ltd.” and “Max Bermuda”, respectively.
Omnibus Amendments. (i) Section 2.5 of each of the 98-1 Agreement and the 98-2 Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "the last sentence of Section 2.7(a)" and replacing it with the following reference: "Section 2.7(b)".

All references in the Credit Agreement and the exhibits thereto, the Notes, the Security Documents, the Subsidiary Guaranty and each of the other Loan Documents to “National City Bank, a national banking association” or “National City Bank” are deemed to be references to “PNC Bank, National Association.”
Omnibus Amendments. (a) All references in the Loan Documents (other than the Mortgages) to the “Note” are hereby deemed modified and amended to mean and refer to the Revolving Notes, as supplemented by the Additional Note, and any renewals, extensions or modifications thereof and all substitutions therefor.
Omnibus Amendments. Each and every reference to (a) "Joint Lead Arrangers" set forth in the Loan Documents shall be replaced with "Lead Arranger", and (b) "Syndication Agent" set forth in the Loan Documents shall be replaced with "Co-Syndication Agents".
