Released Guarantors definition

Released Guarantors has the meaning set forth in Section 10.10.
Released Guarantors means those certain Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of STBV that, prior to the effectiveness of the Credit Facilities Amendment, Guarantee STBV’s and/or STFC’s obligations under the Credit Agreement and who will be released from their Guarantees under the Credit Agreement pursuant to the Credit Facilities Amendment, subject to satisfaction of certain requirements under the Credit Agreement as amended by the Credit Facilities Amendment.
Released Guarantors means Subsidiary Guarantors that have been released, pursuant to Section 6.09 hereof, from their guarantee obligations under Section 6 hereof.

Examples of Released Guarantors in a sentence

  • Each of the Released Guarantors is hereby released as a guarantor under the Indenture pursuant to the terms of Section 10.05(1) the Indenture.

  • Each of the Lenders (including in its capacity as a potential Cash Management Bank and a potential Hedge Bank) and each of the L/C Issuers irrevocably authorize the Administrative Agent to execute and deliver such documents and instruments (including UCC-3 financing statements) as may be reasonably requested by the Borrowers to evidence the release of the Liens on the Collateral of the Released Guarantors granted to the Administrative Agent under the Loan Documents.

  • The Trustee hereby acknowledges that the guarantee of each of the Released Guarantors has been terminated as of the date hereof and shall be of no further force or effect, and each of the Released Guarantors has been released from all obligations under the Indenture, the Securities and such guarantee.

More Definitions of Released Guarantors

Released Guarantors means those Subsidiary Guarantors listed on Schedule IC(1) to the First Amendment and released from their obligations under the Subsidiary Guaranty pursuant to the First Amendment. Each such Subsidiary Guarantor is referred to herein as a “Released Guarantor.”
Released Guarantors means, collectively, Lydian Jersey, Lydian US, Lydian Zoloto, Lydian Georgia and Lydian GRC.
Released Guarantors means each of the Subsidiaries listed on Schedule 10.15.

Released Guarantors means (i) each Provider listed on Schedule 1.01(f) attached hereto and (ii) any Provider designated by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent after the date hereof that incurs Non-Recourse Indebtedness permitted under Section 6.03(c).
