ON-GOING CAMPUS OPERATIONS. A. The Project is surrounded by and/or adjacent to continuously functioning campus facilities, including patient care, academic, and research efforts. The Contractor shall make every effort to avoid disruptions to ongoing campus activities and to maintain a safe environment for patients, students, faculty, and staff in the areas adjacent to the Project. B. The Contractor shall obtain all Owner’s in-house approvals and permits. Operation of utilities and building systems must not be interrupted except when scheduled and approved in advance through established channels. The Contractor should be always mindful and proactive with regard to containment of noise, fumes, dust and debris.
