In addition to the cooperation within the framework of colleges of supervisors as specified in Article 10, the Authorities may conduct regular meetings, as appropriate, to discuss general supervisory and coordination matters, issues concerning supervised entities that maintain cross- border establishments in their respective jurisdictions, and to review the effectiveness of this MoU.
