ON THE JOB INJURY REPORTS. An employee shall receive a copy of the “on-the-job injury” report after it has been read to him and he has signed a copy. The supervisor shall not refuse to report an injury or attempt to dissuade an employee from reporting an injury, whether or not such report is timely or untimely.
