Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
Hand Tools The MOA will provide common hand tools of the trade, which the MOA deems necessary to complete the work assigned. The MOA will not be responsible for hand tools personally owned by an employee and used at the employee’s discretion.
Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.
Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.
Use of Vehicles Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.
