Common use of One-Time Payment Clause in Contracts

One-Time Payment. You can use the Bill Payment Service to make a one-time Bill Payment. A one-time Bill Payment will be processed on the Send On Date; provided that the Send On Date selected by you is a business day and you submit your one-time Bill Payment instruction prior to the Bill Payment cutoff hour for that date. When making/scheduling Bill Pay payments, the system will automatically calculate the Deliver By Date for your review based on the Send On Date selected and whether the payment method is being processed electronically or by check.
