Common use of One-Time Supplementary Payment Clause in Contracts

One-Time Supplementary Payment. In addition to the payment of the Stipend to Resident by MRMC during PGYI, within two (2) weeks after the Effective Date of the Agreement and Resident's commencement of the Program, MRMC shall make a one-time supplementary payment to Resident of an amount equal to One Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($1,500.00), subject to the withholding of all deductions and taxes required by law.

In addition to the payment of the Stipend to Resident by MRMC during PGYIthe first twelve (12) month period, within two (2) weeks after the Effective Date of the this Agreement and Resident's ’s commencement of the Program, MRMC Resident shall make receive a one-time supplementary payment to Resident of an amount equal to One Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($1,500.00), subject to the withholding of all deductions and taxes required by law.
