Compensation for Additional Duties. Upon Resident's completion of PGYI, MRMC shall compensate Resident for rendering the Additional Duties pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Agreement, if any, that shall be determined in advance and set forth in a signed writing prior to Resident's rendering of such services. Resident acknowledges and agrees that MRMC shall only make payment for such Additional Duties rendered upon MRMC's timely receipt and approval of documentation in the form of Attachment C, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, evidencing the dates, times, and description of the services provided by Resident at the designated location(s).
Compensation for Additional Duties a. Compensation rates for additional duties will be increased yearly by the same percentage that applies to the salary schedule. In providing compensation for per diem pay, there will be no rounding.
b. Staff members with supplemental contracts for extended contractual days shall be paid one one- hundred-eightieth (1/180) of their regular contracted salary for each day beyond the 180 day work year.

Compensation for Additional Duties. A. Substitutes: Staff members, teaching as a substitute during their conference and/or preparation time, shall receive one-fifth (1/5) of the current substitute rate.
B. Teachers may elect to earn National Board Certification at their own expense. If a teacher earns National Board Certification they shall receive a two percent (2%) stipend yearly as long as the certification is current.

Compensation for Additional Duties. All members of the Leadership Association shall be expected to perform duties assigned to them as part of their appointment. Exceptions may be recommended to the President in the following cases:
A. Full-time Leadership Association members may be given a supplementary contract to teach courses, provided in the judgment of the supervisor that it can be done in such a time and manner so as not to interfere with normal duties or normal hours.
B. Full-time Leadership Association members may be given a supplementary contract to perform other duties, provided in the judgment of the supervisor it can be done in such a time and manner so as not to interfere with normal duties or normal hours.
Compensation for Additional Duties. A. An administrator who is assigned to fill a vacant administrative position for an extended period of time (more than three (3) months) while continuing to perform the duties of his/her original position shall be entitled to additional compensation. The amount and form of the additional compensation, such as additional salary and/or compensatory time off, shall be the subject of negotiations between the Board and the Association in each individual case. In the event that negotiations are concluded after the administrator has filled the additional position over three (3) months, compensation shall be retroactive to the date of the additional assignment.
B. The term "Vacancy" as used in this Article shall mean a position formally established in the school district's Table of Organization which is temporarily unoccupied due to the incumbent's resignation, long-term illness, death, or other reason. Consequently, this Article shall not apply in the case of Reduction-in-Force in which an administrative position is abolished and some or all of its duties reassigned to other positions.
