Ongoing Monthly POWER Account Contributions. In families with two enrolled individuals, each enrollee will have their own POWER Account. However, the total of both enrollees’ POWER Account contributions cannot exceed the total POWER Account contribution that applies to the family’s annual household income as specified in paragraph 40(a).
