Ongoing Reviews. HMO conducts ongoing reviews of those services and supplies, which are recommended or provided by Health Professionals to determine whether such services and supplies are Covered Benefits under this Certificate. If HMO determines that the recommended services and supplies are not Covered Benefits, the Member will be notified. If a Member wishes to appeal such determination, the Member may then contact HMO to seek a review of the determination. Please refer to the Grievance Procedure section of this Certificate.

Ongoing Reviews. Any new pension plan we may arrange for you, should be subject to a minimum of a tri-annual review to ensure the growth and income objectives are being met. The ongoing servicing of the policy may well be transferred back to your trusted introducing adviser. You will need to sign a Letter of Authority to transfer the servicing of any plan. When transferred, the servicing adviser will become responsible for ensuring your objectives continue to be met. The available options for ongoing service are: - Annuity Only option – where the sole product held with Pension Income Planning Ltd is an annuity and no ongoing service is required. Pension Freedom Capital Withdrawal Option – this service is ONLY available where the intention is to fully extinguish funds over an agreed period of time. Details can be found in our ongoing service agreement. Three-Yearly Review Service Option – Details can be found in our ongoing service agreement, should a transfer be deemed viable. Alternative Option - If your intention is to transfer any future value back to your own adviser for the on-going service, Pension Income Planning Ltd are comfortable with this action. We do not have that prior relationship with you, however we have explained that we can offer on-going service on a limited basis and restricted to any funds transferred.

If HMO determines that the recommended services and supplies are not Covered Benefits, the Member and the Health Professional will be notified of the specific reasons and rationale for determining that the proposed course of treatment, health care service or supply is not a Covered Benefit. If a Member wishes to appeal such determination, the Member may then contact HMO to seek a review of the determination. Please refer to the Complaint Procedure section of this Certificate for an explanation of the Complaint process.
Ongoing Reviews a. Find and fix technical errors like misspellings, broken links, missing metadata, and slow page load times. b. Improve the user experience through security updates, audience insights, and software updates. c. Improve search engine optimization, specifically keyword reviews and checking for Google algorithm updates and adjusting for changes. d. Adjust for changing audience needs, for example, data analysis may show a need for greater focus on the mobile experience. e. Account for growth and changes in core capabilities and value proposition of the Snohomish County Aerospace Taskforce.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive.   • Reviews (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the Funder or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the Funder or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to: inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement. (b) The cost of any Review will be borne by the HSP if the Review: (1) was made necessary because the HSP did not comply with a requirement under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement; or (2) indicates that the HSP has not fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, including its obligations under Applicable Law and Applicable Policy. (c) To assist in respect of the rights set out in (a) above, the HSP shall disclose any information requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives and shall do so in a form requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives. (d) The HSP may not commence a proceeding for damages or otherwise against any person with respect to any act done or omitted to be done, any conclusion reached or report submitted that is done in good faith in respect of a Review.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.
