ONLINE BANKING USER MANAGEMENT FEATURE. If you would like to provide account access to someone other than an account owner, you may do so by using our “User Management” feature within Online Banking. With this feature, you can add or remove Online Banking access for authorized individuals (“Authorized Users”), modify their access level, or view transactions performed by these Authorized Users. When you set up an Authorized User, you define which accounts they can view and whether or not they are permitted to conduct transactions on those accounts.
