The parties agree that in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code there shall be no discrimination against any employee by the Union or the College because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, record of offences, marital status, family status or disability. Accommodation, if it is requested by the employee and it is determined to be required, is the duty of the College, the Union and the employee.
