OPBA Release Time. The Grievance Chairman shall be released with pay from regular job duties for up to twenty (20) hours per calendar year to attend grievance training sessions conducted by or sponsored by the OPBA. Approval for such release time shall be obtained from the Chief or designee and shall not be unreasonably withheld.
